Mental Health/Substance Use Counseling
One-on-One Support
Counseling services are designed to provide personalized support, addressing individual needs and challenges. We create a safe, confidential space where you can explore your feelings and develop coping strategies for everyday life.
Comprehensive Psychological Evaluations
Offered by Licensed Provider
Clinical evaluations for younger and older individuals is offered on-site. These evaluations may include one initial meeting, one evaluation meeting and one evaluation report meeting. These can be scheduled at your convenience.
Groups
Group Learning
Our groups offer sessions for 6-8 people and offers educational material on mental health topics and community support. These interactive classes are helpful to empower participants to interact and engage in personal growth together. We are currently offering a DBT group class for adults. It is offered on Mondays from 6-8pm and extends for 12 weeks. Please call for more questions about this (402) 413-9147.
Supervision
For Graduate Students and PLMHPs
Our counselors that work in the building have helped numerous Provisional Licensed Mental Health Practitioners (PLMHPs) and psychology doctoral students with their licensure hours and other supportive services.

Welcome to ChoicePsychServices.com! Thank you for considering our practice for your Autism Spectrum and ADHD assessment needs.

We provide comprehensive evaluations for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, servicing individuals ages 6 and beyond. Our goal is to offer a supportive, respectful, and thorough assessment process that helps individuals and families better understand their strengths, challenges, and next steps.

Following an evaluation, recommendations may include counseling, educational supports, skill-building services, community resources, or additional specialized assessments when appropriate.

Our office is home to several independent counselors and mental health professionals, each with unique specialties and areas of expertise. If counseling services are recommended, we may provide referrals to professionals within our building whose training and experience best match your needs.
